NOTE: Fresh Injera is shipped out every Tuesday and Wednesday of the week.
Ingredients: Teff, barley flour, self-rising flour, and water.

Made to order, each injera is round, measuring approximately 12 inches in diameter.

    I moved an hour away from any Ethiopian restaurant, and I really missed the food. This injera, along with the spices, pantry items, and easy recipes (please bring back the beef tibs recipe) from this site have made it possible for me to enjoy Ethiopian food any time I want. Tip - if you can't eat the entire order within a few days, roll or fold injera and freeze separately. When you're ready to eat it, thaw, then put on a plate, cover with a damp paper towel and heat in microwave for a few seconds until softened.
